Giantess Defecates Solo: Lactose-Induced Diarrhea

The bathroom echoes with the sounds of giantess straining as she gives a massive, lactose-induced bowel movement. The sheer volume of her poop fills the toilet, spilling over the rim and onto the floor. Her face shows pure relief and satisfaction and she moves to defecate.
