A heavy stench of fresh feces as the Japanese woman steps in front of the hidden camera. She begins her bout with a shy smile, but quickly becomes engrossed in her task. The shot tightens on her as she defecates, missing nothing of her bowel movement. The close-up shots highlight the texture and consistency of her poop, making it clear that this is no ordinary bathroom break.

As the bout progresses, she becomes more confident and adventurous. She reaches down to smear the shit, spreading it across her skin with deliberate movements.
